Our team will discuss whether the requested service is within our scope and whether we currently have suitable availability.

Understand the support requirements
We work with the participant and relevant people to understand the type of support being requested.

Confirm the next steps
If we are able to support the participant, we can discuss the next steps for establishing the appropriate service arrangement.

Referrals from support coordinators
